We are a busy e-commerce business currently in peak season and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to provide all-rounder support to our customer service and fulfilment teams.
This role is to assist wherever extra hands are needed. All training is provided via recorded videos, and tasks are process-driven and clearly guided.
Key Tasks
- Assisting customer service team using templates
- Checking tracking numbers and shipment status
- Following up with suppliers on order issues
- Assisting with order fulfilment tasks
- Updating order notes and internal spreadsheets
- General admin support as required
Requirements
- Able to work independently and follow processes
- Able to ask questions when you need help or don't understand
- Very good written English
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive, task-based work
- Ecommerce or VA experience helpful but not required
Hours during peak season (Dec-Feb)
- 30+ hours per week (flexible log in times)
(potential for ongoing work after peak season - this will be discussed when peak season finishes)
No experience required as full training is provided BUT if you do have prior experience with ordering, customer service, checking tracking, that is preferred. Our main criteria is not experience but rather attitude, work ethic, honesty, good communication and reliability!
