Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, encoding, or similar administrative work
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Filters, conditional formatting, data validation
  • Duplicate checking, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas (IF, COUNTIF)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs
  • Comfortable working night shift aligned to US time zones
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • Strong sense of responsibility when handling confidential data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting US clients or handling US‑based data
  • Familiarity with US date formats (MM/DD/YYYY) and address structures
  • Experience in a remote work setup
  • Typing speed with high accuracy

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately encode and update data from source documents into Excel/Google Sheets or internal systems
  • Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission
  • Identify, flag, and escalate unclear or inconsistent source data—no guessing
  • Perform data validation tasks such as duplicate checking, formatting, and cross‑referencing
  • Follow client‑defined formats, especially for US dates, addresses, and time zones
  • Maintain proper file naming conventions and version control for daily outputs
  • Meet daily/weekly deadlines while handling multiple data batches
  • Adhere strictly to data privacy, confidentiality, and security guidelines
  • Communicate progress, issues, and corrections clearly with supervisors or clients

Work arrangement: Remote / Work from Home

Schedule: Night shift (PH time) to align with US business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
