About the Role:
We are looking for a General Admin Assistant to join our HR and Recruitment Department. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth.
What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with data entry, document management, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain files using Google Drive, Docs, and Spreadsheets
- Support HR-related tasks and help coordinate recruitment activities
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Post jobs, source candidates, and build a talent pipeline
- Facilitate skills testing, organize, send, and review role-specific assessments
- End-to-End Recruitment Support – screen, schedule, coordinate interviews, and assist with offers and onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience (Required)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a complete work-from-home setup, including a quiet workspace, stable internet, and dual monitors for efficient multitasking
- Practices strong work ethics with a commitment to excellence
- Looking for candidates with a long-term commitment to grow within the company
