Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat,
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain customer records and update account information.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
College Degree or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
