Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated individuals to join our team as WFH Transcriptionists / Data Transcribers. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data and documentation processes. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
Transcribe audio recordings and convert them into written text with high accuracy.
Review and edit transcriptions for clarity and correctness.
Ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently into our systems.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of transcriptions.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent listening and typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills.
Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in transcription or data entry roles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in transcription or data management are a plus.
