Warehouse Associate | North Las Vegas, NV
Nexeo is hiring Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution environment in North Las Vegas. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position focused primarily on manual loading and unloading of trailers.
Important: This is NOT a forklift-only role. However, stand-up forklift experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manually unload trailers by hand (primary duty)
- Perform repetitive bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain productivity during downtime by proactively requesting tasks
- Follow all safety procedures, warehouse rules, and dress code policies
- Participate in training across other warehouse functions
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Attendance & Performance Expectations (Very Important)
- Strict attendance point system (non-negotiable)
- 4 points within the first 90 days = assignment ends
- Attendance and punctuality monitored closely during first 2 weeks
- Must remain productive and proactive throughout the shift
Dress Code
Strictly enforced:
- No offensive shirts
- No baseball caps
- Appropriate pants required
Compensation
$17.00 per hour
Shift Options
Full Time | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Full Time | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday
