Position Overview<br><br><p>Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Resale Processor to join a reputable client in Colorado. This role involves processing title packages for home sales within communities managed by our client. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of performing necessary research and providing exceptional customer service to ensure accurate homeowner records.<br><br></p>Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Create and implement effective methods to accurately and efficiently process title packages.</li><li>Process resales in the accounting system, including ownership changes, posting charges, and check applications.</li><li>Coordinate with accounting staff as needed.</li><li>Identify, research, and resolve resale questions and other issues as needed.</li><li>Provide customer service for title companies, buyers, realtors, sellers, HOA Managers, etc.</li><li>Acquire county deeds as needed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>Conduct oneself in a professional, helpful, and knowledgeable manner at all times to convey utmost professionalism.<br><br></li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>High school diploma.</li><li>1-2 years of full-time clerical/accounting experience.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent telephone etiquette.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.</li><li>High standard for customer service.</li><li>Ability to assess problems and determine appropriate solutions.</li><li>Proficient in designing effective forms, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and filing systems.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Professional and positive demeanor with adaptability in a changing workplace.</li><li>Integrity and credibility in professional conduct.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.<br><br></li></ul>Required Work Hours<br><br><p>Monday through Friday, during regular office hours.<br><br></p>Benefits<br><br><p>The position offers a competitive pay range between $23 to $25 per hour.<br><br></p>Additional Details<br><br><p>This role does not include supervisory responsibilities and is conducted entirely onsite during regular office hours.<br></p><p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
