You’ll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge!</li><li>Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone’s back, and get the job done—together.</li><li>Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine—we’ve got Dutch gear to help!</li><li>Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!).</li><li>Reliability. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.</li><li>Training & Development.
