Backed by Accel, the company operates at the intersection of technology, product, and operations to bring new AI-powered solutions to market quickly.</p><p>We're a Stanford team, raised our seed round from Accel, and have 10x'd our revenue in the past 3 months.</p><p><br></p><p>We're looking for an <strong>AI Agent Product Manager</strong> who is hungry, organized, and ready to own their work from day one, and willing to work long hours to make our company a unicorn. This is a high-impact role where you'll wear a lot of hats — account management, sales, content production, creative strategy, and operations all roll into one, with growth in the organization to lead operations eventually being the goal. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love jumping between workstreams, and are motivated by seeing your work directly drive business results, this role is for you.</p><p>You will be the connective tissue between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that deliverables are on time, relationships are strong, and revenue is protected and grown.</p><p>Quander values curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward action, offering employees the chance to shape both internal operations and the broader AI ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do: </strong></p><p>You'll move fluidly across everything below — no two days look the same, and you'll own outcomes end to end.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Client-Facing: Sales & Account Management.</strong> Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for managed service clients. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that drive satisfaction and retention. Proactively identify client needs, risks, and growth opportunities. Own the full client lifecycle within your portfolio — onboarding, ongoing management, and renewal. Monitor account health and resolve issues before they escalate. Own revenue retention by proactively identifying churn risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Support upsell and cross-sell by understanding client goals and presenting relevant Hypesonic solutions. Track and report on account performance metrics and tie results to revenue outcomes. Lead and facilitate weekly client check-ins, create structured agendas, document action items, and hold stakeholders accountable.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Operations.</strong> Own the end-to-end production of all client deliverables — videos, images, and creative assets. Coordinate with the creative production team to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery. Maintain a production calendar and track every asset through review, approval, and publishing. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards before it goes out.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Creative Strategy</strong> <em>(don't have a creative background yet? That's okay — we'll teach you).</em> Help shape creative direction for your accounts, connecting content to each client's goals and audience. Translate client objectives and performance data into clear creative briefs. Develop a point of view on what's working and why, and use it to inform the next round of content. Stay close to platform trends and formats, and bring fresh ideas to the table.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Product Improvement & Continuous Implementations of Systems.</strong> Consistently evaluate the health and efficiency of managed services and broader company operations to spot gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Go beyond your immediate responsibilities — if you see something that isn't working, speak up with a solution. Surface process inefficiencies and recurring client pain points and propose actionable improvements to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and operations to implement changes that drive better outcomes.
