<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;">The Account Executive – Emerging Markets is responsible for selling Dayforce’s HCM solutions to mid-market companies within their assigned geography, while also developing and fostering new referral and influence partner relationships. <strong>This role requires prior experience selling Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions </strong>and the ability to manage a<strong> high-velocity sales cycle with complexity</strong>, balancing speed with a strategic, consultative approach to HCM solution selling.</span></p>
