Job Description:

We are in the process of recruiting a proficient professional to assume the role of Wealth Relationship Manager. As a Wealth Relationship Manager, you will act as a reliable advisor to our Premier clients, providing them with tailored financial advice. You will work together with our internal teams to ensure clients receive the necessary support at every stage of their financial journey, including proactive client engagement, timely resolution of banking queries, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement plans to drive the acquisition of clients, boost outreach activities, and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate revenue and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Team up with the Regional Manager or Branch Manager to develop and put into action strategic marketing plans centered on clients to enhance new business growth through prospecting, making outside calls, networking, and receiving referrals.
  • Show authentic interest in clients' goals and help them to achieve financial success. Use client insights and sales tools to create effective sales strategies, actively identifying and converting sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Connect with experts in the field to enhance technical understanding and fulfill a variety of client needs successfully.
  • Promote our offerings to potential clients through an in-depth understanding of their needs and facilitating referrals to suitable business units.
  • Play a role in advancing branch improvement endeavors by securing client feedback on our services and making certain adherence to audit prerequisites and quality assurance criteria.
  • Adhere to the operational integrity requirements established by EWB and embody the Business Principles and Values endorsed by the organization.
  • Must be prepared to handle additional responsibilities as instructed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, or an alternative level of experience will be considered.
  • Mandatory certifications encompass FINRA Series 6, 63, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses; meeting the requirement of attaining the Series 7 qualification within six months of starting is imperative.
  • Excellent track record spanning over five years in financial services and retail sales, or related spheres, including proof of exceptional sales results and familiarity with banking products useful for referrals.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing relationships with high-net-worth clientele or similar equivalents.
  • Advanced skills in sales presentations, effective communication, suggestive selling, sales strategy development, mathematical proficiency, rational decision-making, and analytical talents are advantageous.
  • Expertise in managing relationships effectively, providing excellent client support, adept time management, and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Extensive grasp of the spectrum of financial products available.
  • Understanding the business banking market segment and determining the products and services that can best supplement Premier offerings.
  • Holding ownership, responsibility, and accountability in high regard.
  • Skillful in financial management, wealth planning, and client-needs evaluation.
