A Wealth Manager is a financial professional who assists clients with a wide range of banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial advice, and promoting banking products and services. Bankers play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall success of the branch or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to customers on performing regular banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Setting up and managing personal and professional financial accounts
• Share insights on different types of banking products like loans, credit cards, and savings vehicles
• Determine the needs of customers and propose the right financial options
• Develop and sustain robust connections with clients to guarantee their contentment and commitment
• Follow all inner guidelines and adhere to legal requirements set by the government
• Handle customer complaints promptly and with professionalism
• Help the branch achieve its sales and service targets successfully
