<p>Starting Pay<b> $16.00/hr</b></p><p><b>+$.75 </b>shift premium for night shift</p><p><br /><b>Available Shift Details: </b></p><p>Thursday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM</p><p></p><p><b><b>About the Role</b></b></p><p><span>As a Warehouse Associate, you will prepare, process and move merchandise productively, safely, and accurately according to established production rates, standards and guidelines. You will be cross-trained to perform various functions in different departments to support business and operational needs. </span></p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns and loading and unloading trailers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Input data to prepare reports</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide high-quality internal and external customer service, including communicating with vendors, associates and locations to resolve disputes and review compliance</span></p></li><li><p><span>To promote a safe work environment, follow all company, state, local and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations; promptly report any potential violations to the appropriate supervisor or manager</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and comply with dress code requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What Skills You Have</b></b></p><p><span>Required</span></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in English sufficient to understand and follow rules, training, and instructions necessary for operational safety and efficiency.</p></li><li><p><span>Effective collaboration and teamwork skills </span></p></li><li><p><span>Adept multi-tasking abilities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to satisfactorily  complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments</span></p></li></ul>
