Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Under Armour brand, products, and technology to effectively educate and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and successful sales approach.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and safety standards.
Continuously strive to improve sales performance and meet personal and team goals.
