About Us
Saving The Paws is a fast-growing social enterprise on a mission to feed and rescue abandoned and abused dogs across the US and Canada. We fund our feeding operations through product sales and donations — and we are now looking to expand our impact through strategic partnerships with legitimate animal welfare charities and rescue organizations.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Account Manager to help us build and maintain a growing network of charity and rescue organization partners across the US and Canada.
This is not a passive role. We need someone who takes initiative, builds real relationships, and consistently brings in new partnerships that align with our mission.
What You Will Be Doing
Researching and identifying legitimate animal welfare charities, rescue organizations, and shelters across the US and Canada as potential partners
Reaching out to prospective partners via email, social media, and phone to initiate conversations and present partnership opportunities
Onboarding new partners and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing ones
Gathering content from partner organizations — including photos, videos, dog stories, and feeding operation updates — for use across our marketing funnels, social media, and email campaigns
Acting as the main point of contact between Saving The Paws and our partner network
Keeping a clear and organized CRM record of all outreach, partnerships, and content received
Reporting weekly on new partnerships established, content gathered, and pipeline progress
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in account management, partnership development, business development, or a similar relationship-focused role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — you will be representing our brand externally
A genuine passion for animal welfare — this matters to us
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently without micromanagement
Experience working with NGOs, charities, or non-profit organizations is a strong plus
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, or similar
Ability to gather, organize, and deliver content from external sources on a consistent schedule
What We Offer
$1,000 — $1,500 per month depending on experience
Part-time flexible hours — approximately 20 hours per week
Fully remote — work from anywhere
