Part-Time Community Moderator — Facebook, Skool & Telegram

We are looking for a reliable part-time Community Moderator to help manage and monitor our online communities across Facebook Groups, Skool, and Telegram.

This is a simple, task-based role. No calls, no Zoom, no strategy sessions. You will follow a clear SOP and check in on your scheduled days.

HOURS

1–2 hours per day, 3 days per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor activity across Facebook Groups, Skool, and Telegram

• Approve new member requests and review group questions

• Post daily engagement prompts and conversation starters

• Tag members in relevant trainings or resources when applicable

• Post reminders for upcoming calls, trainings, challenges, and deadlines

• Celebrate member wins, testimonials, and milestones

• Monitor for unanswered comments and flag them for the team

• Encourage members to attend calls and participate in challenges

• Check in with inactive members via a simple Skool or Telegram message

• Assist with challenge accountability threads

• Gather common member questions and feedback to report weekly

• Help maintain a positive, encouraging group culture

• Flag members showing signs of engagement who may be ready to upgrade

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

This is not a strategy role. You will not be creating content, managing ads, or making decisions about the community direction. You will follow provided scripts, templates, and SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience moderating online communities (Facebook Groups, Skool, or Telegram preferred)

• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability on your scheduled days

• Warm, professional communication style

• Able to follow directions and SOPs without hand-holding

• Familiar with faith-based or women's entrepreneurship communities is a plus
