OnlyFans Chat Operator

We are seeking a motivated and reliable OnlyFans Chat Operator to manage and engage with subscribers through private messages. This role involves building relationships with fans, encouraging engagement, and promoting paid content while maintaining a friendly and consistent online persona.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to subscriber messages in a timely, engaging, and on-brand manner.
• Build rapport with fans to encourage ongoing interaction and increase sales.
• Promote and upsell premium content, custom requests, and subscription renewals.
• Maintain the model’s persona, tone, and style in all communications.
• Track and report engagement, sales, and customer feedback.
• Follow all platform guidelines and company policies regarding content and communication.

• Excellent written English with strong spelling, grammar, and conversational skills.
• Ability to adapt tone and style to match the model’s personality and brand.
• Comfortable working with adult-oriented content.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Strong time management skills and ability to respond quickly to messages during assigned shifts.
• Must be comfortable with adult chat topics
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Salary: $600-800 per month
• Job Type: Full-Time (Remote), 40 hours a week
