Junior Execution Trader - Fresher

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Junior Execution Trader to support portfolio managers in trade execution and operational processes. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate (MBA from a top-ranked college) with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in markets and trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trades/algorithms as instructed by the Portfolio Manager with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage, upload, and reconcile trades and P&L reports.
• Coordinate with counterparties, including brokers and operations teams, on trade settlement and risk reconciliation.
• Perform trade and strategy analysis to support portfolio decision-making.
• Apply basic programming skills to automate trade/strategy processes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA from tier 1 B-Schools in India (2025 or 2024 graduates preferred).
• Strong interest in trading, markets, and investment strategies the CV should show firm interest in financial markets
• Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of basic financial products derivations, fixed income, equities
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL) to support automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined, results-driven approach.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
