Job Description:

• Identify employers and hiring managers within your professional network who are looking for data-fluent professionals.
• Facilitate warm introductions between employers and Correlation One’s Employer Partnerships team.
• Collaborate with our team to connect the right talent for each opportunity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or sales.
• Proven employer network within tech, digital, or adjacent business sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Active presence on LinkedIn or in local professional ecosystems.
• Cultural fluency across MENA markets and a collaborative, mission-driven mindset.
• Reputation for credibility, professionalism, and follow-through in managing clients or employer relationships (preferred).
• Experience with training programs, accelerators, or workforce initiatives (preferred).
• Existing client portfolio or recruitment contracts (preferred).
