Role Description
This is a fully remote position. The Client Support Representative for Aetna Commercial Client Support will focus on delivering exceptional service on escalated pharmacy concerns.
Accountable for researching and resolving member escalations including Prior Authorization status, Specialty/Mail Order prescription concerns, and general requests.
Assist members with navigating their Healthcare with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service and timely resolution of issues.
Manage outstanding concerns to ensure accurate resolution and communication is completed on every concern assigned.
Professionally manage a high volume of correspondence including phone calls, emails, and SalesForce cases from clients and internal partners.
Deliver professional, thorough correspondence that communicates clear messages.
Exceed quality and turnaround time expectations.
Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, making key decisions autonomously.
Candidate must be in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone. Occasional need for scheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays as determined by business need (Ex: “Welcome Season”).
Qualifications
1+ years of health insurance industry experience
Bachelor's Degree is desired or equivalent work experience
Requirements
Experience with RxClaim (AS400), Salesforce, Five9, and Peoplesafe/Compass preferred
