<p><strong>Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead</strong></p><p>📍 Richmond, VA (Hybrid) | 💰 $200K Base + 35% Bonus</p><p>🏢 Publicly Traded Financial Services Company</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a traditional FP&A role.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re partnering with a fast-growing, publicly traded financial services company that is looking for an<strong> FP&A Lead </strong>to help scale and optimize a highly visible finance function at a pivotal stage of growth. </p><p><br></p><p>The company has <strong>tripled in size over the last 15 months</strong>, has become one of the top-performing mortgage REITs since COVID, and is continuing to expand rapidly.</p><p><br></p><p>This role <strong>reports directly to the CFO</strong> and offers broad exposure across executive leadership, accounting, trading, portfolio management, and capital markets.
