Job Description

Key Responsibilities
For Retail Staff:
Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Assist with stock management, including receiving, shelving, and inventory checks.
Promote products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
For Security Guard:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Inspect and patrol property to ensure safety and security.
Respond to emergencies and alarms, providing assistance as needed.
Control access points, verifying credentials of personnel and visitors.
Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment for shoppers and staff.
Required Skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented mindset (for retail)
Attention to detail and observation skills (for security)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical fitness and stamina (for security roles)
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
