We are seeking a detail-oriented, senior or advanced-level Virtual Assistant who is fashion-savvy, has strong English proficiency, and has direct experience working with women’s clothing brands. The VA will help manage and optimize product listings, A+ content, and infographics for the brand’s Amazon store.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
Proven experience in listing optimization, keyword research, and A+ content creation
Familiarity with women’s fashion or similar retail industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for keyword and listing analysis
Familiar with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience creating or coordinating infographics and visual content for e-commerce listings
Senior or advanced-level VA experience
Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
Direct experience working with women’s clothing brands
