<p>We’re looking for a client-focused and solutions-driven<span style="font-weight: bold"> Business Solutions Consultant</span> to help lead the successful delivery of Jesta I.S.’s cloud-based ERP solutions for enterprise retail and supply chain clients.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll partner directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design scalable ERP solutions, and guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives. You’ll play a key role in driving solution quality, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes.</p>

<ul>
<li>Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering with client stakeholders</li>
<li>Design, document, and validate functional ERP solutions aligned with business needs and best practices</li>
<li>Facilitate functional workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations</li>
<li>Configure ERP functionality and validate outcomes within agreed project scope</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, data teams, and product teams</li>
<li>Support integrations, data validation, system testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities</li>
<li>Identify risks, gaps, and change impacts, and propose solutions or escalate when needed</li>
<li>Prepare client documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer</li>
<li>Act as a trusted functional advisor to clients and mentor junior consultants</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold">Qualifications</span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business analysis, or enterprise systems implementation</li>
<li>Strong experience in retail, wholesale, or supply chain business processes</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and functional discussions</li>
<li>Experience producing functional requirements, solution designs, and process documentation</li>
<li>Understanding of ERP integrations, data flows, and testing processes</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment</li>
<li>Comfort working with cloud-based ERP platforms and modern digital tools</li>
<li>Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to support analysis and documentation</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field</li>
<li>Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education</li>
